Our client acquired a Private Career College in 2015 with the bold vision to provide accessible and meaningful training to newcomers to Canada, in preparation for the future workforce. To meet that vision, the college would need to not only stand-out amidst other private institutions, but to stake its position as an authority within the entire sector and become a coveted educational destination amidst publicly funded Universities and Colleges.

369Konnect was engaged to realize the college’s potential. Advancing operations, expanding leadership potential, and ultimately enhancing the school’s reputation. Our work began at the ground floor, cultivating an ecosystem of dedicated professionals, partners, and providers. With 369Konnect at the helm, a skillful team began to emerge that would go on to enable the college to lead community research initiatives, affect policy change, expand global partnerships, and deliver world-class education, to thousands of students.

Today, the private career college has expanded its operations to include three campuses throughout Ontario, led by dozens of experienced, full-time faculty members. Admission rates have increased year-over-year by 65%, with soaring numbers of student job placements. The school regularly produces impactful research initiatives in matters of immigration and settlement and the rapidly changing workforce.
